Opinions about Just Health

Ever since I remember, I have been trying to lose few kilograms here and there using the so called miracle-diets, usually with mixed results. I have always paid attention to what I eat – particularly since I became pescetarian in 2012. For a long time however I have had a weakness for cheese – all types. I have also been telling myself that I must eat healthy as a vegetarian/pescetarian – what can be wrong with vegetables after all…

However, as it turned out, small in my understanding portions (particularly for dinner) were at least twice too big, fruits should not be eaten on their own…Additionally, Hania has motivated me to increase my physical activity. Smaller portions, more frequent meals and appropriately selected ingredients have resulted in losing 10 kg in just over 3 months with not that much effort. Would I have believed in that, had someone said that to me right at the beginning? Probably not…
