You no longer have to drop your kids off to extracurricular activities, you don’t have to sit down with them to do their homework, finally you can find more time for yourself! However, I am sure that still many people will find lots of excuses for not being able to find any time for physical activity for example. Is this the right approach? Of course not! The solution is to learn how to avoid making excuses, which prevent you from being active. Taking control over training can help you to take control over your life. It is time to abolish the most common excuses!

Outdoor training – advantage no 2

No more excuses ever again! part 1

I have only just realised that it is end of April…the recent months have been extremely busy for me, full of stress and things that had to „be done for yesterday”…Do you think this made me reduce the amount of training I do? No! According to Michael Sachs, sport psychologist, by adapting our thinking we can overcome any obstacle. Even the time obstacle and the fact that we only have 24hrs a day.
